Botulinum toxin is injected precisely into the targeted muscle or sweat glands using a very
fine needle. Sessions typically take 20–30 minutes. Mild discomfort may be felt during
injection.
Results begin to appear within 2–4 weeks, with the full effect visible at 4–8 weeks. Jaw
slimming in particular is a progressive result that improves with repeat treatment cycles.
Treatments are typically repeated every 4–6 months. Over time, repeat jaw slimming
treatments can produce longer-lasting results as the masseter muscle gradually reduces in
mass.
