Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed and prepped before the peel is applied. A skin priming routine may be recommended in advance for some clients.
The peel solution is carefully applied to the skin and left for a specified period. You may
notice a mild tingling or warming sensation during application — this is normal.
Post-treatment, your skin may appear slightly red or begin to peel gently over the following

noticeable peeling. Dr. Ogunleye will explain exactly what to expect based on the treatment

For some peels, a skin-priming routine using specific home-care products may be recommended in the weeks before treatment to enhance results and reduce the risk of postinflammatory pigmentation. This will be discussed at your consultation.
A single session often produces a visible improvement, but a course of 4–6 treatments
spaced 2–4 weeks apart is typically recommended for optimal, long-lasting results
We recommend avoiding makeup for 24–48 hours following treatment to allow the skin to
recover. After this period, mineral SPF is recommended as a minimum. Dr. Ogunleye will
provide specific aftercare guidance.
